Bérèche et Fils is an independent family estate in the Montagne de Reims, known for its distinctive terroir style. The estate is run by Raphaël and Vincent Bérèche, who have continued their parents' work with a clear focus on precision and quality. They manage vineyards in regions including Ludes, Ormes, and Mareuil le Port.

In the vineyard, they work sustainably and with great attention to soil life. In the cellar, they opt for a traditional approach with the use of wood, long aging, and minimal intervention. Their champagnes are energetic, layered, and gastronomic, with tension and depth as their signature.
