De laatste decennia is er in Champagne veel gebeurd. Belangrijk is de opkomst van 'vigneron' champagnes, geproduceerd door telers met eigen wijngaarden. In hun velden en kelders vindt veel experiment plaats: deze kleine familiedomeinen hebben doorgaans veel aandacht voor terroir, duurzaamheid en milieu.

l'Atelier du Champagne heeft maison champagnes en vigneron champagnes. Met een brede collectie laten we zien hoe veelzijdig bubbels uit Frankrijks noordelijkste wijnstreek zijn: van klassiek tot heel modern, uiteenlopende smaken en stijlen komen bijeen. En er is altijd ruimte voor iets nieuws. Het woord atelier is niet voor niets gekozen.
